Time-Lapse – Buffalo Acrylic Painting

“Buffalo” is an acrylic painting on a 16×20 canvas. It came about because I was thinking of animals I have never painted before and this was one of them! Growing up and living on the prairies of Canada, the buffalo used to roam free here in herds of over a million. Now, that isn’t quite the case. They are massive animals with so much power behind them. The reference photo for this painting is from Pixabay.
