Time-Lapse Video – Bertha Lake Acrylic Painting

This is an acrylic painting done on a 10×10 inch stretched canvas. The depth of the canvas is .75 inches and are painted black. This painting is signed and dated on the back.

It was inspired by a hike we did this summer up to Bertha Lake in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada. I had never been up to this lake before but was stunned by its majesty and beauty. The water was such a beautiful aquamarine blue and I was fascinated by the red rock along the shoreline. The contrast between the blue and the red makes it stunning. This painting is based off a photo I took while hiking around the lake.
