Anthrodesk Ergonomic Wobble Chair Review

The Ergonomic Wobble chair is a product put out by Anthrodesk. If you have read or watched any of my other product reviews of Anthrodesk, you will know they have some great products. They are a Canadian company that sells office products and furniture to promote a healthier lifestyle in the office.

The Wobble Chair comes in three different colors: red, blue, and black. I am reviewing the blue chair. It is made to engage core muscles and to promote good posture. The height ranges from 22-33 inches which allows a range of people to use it.

First Impressions:

My first impressions of this chair were great. The packaging was very well done with everything fitting well in the box and individually wrapped in plastic. The quality of the materials is awesome. I also enjoyed the royal blue color of the seat. That was a minor detail, but when the appearance is important.

Assembly:

The assembly was very simple as it has been with all Anthrodesk products I have reviewed. The instructions provided were clear and had pictures to do along with the written instructions. As you can see in the video above, this chair literally took 5 minutes from it being in the box to it being fully assembled and ready to use.

Review:

I would give this product a 5-star review. The assembly was easy, the shipping was fast, the quality of the materials is great, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The chair easily moves up and down with the use of any of the 3 buttons underneath. The base is heavy and has a rubber grip on the bottom to keep it from sliding. The seat spins super easy which increases its mobility.

As soon as I sit on it, I can feel myself sitting with better posture and I can feel my core being engaged. Though I have only had it for a few days, I have felt my productivity increase while using it and my lifestyle becomes a little healthier even when I have to sit at a desk.

Being an artist, I use both a desk and an easel very often. I have tried many stools and chairs in the past but haven’t quite found one that I like to use at my easel. Regular stools don’t have the mobility I need and office chairs are usually too big and get in the way. The ergonomic wobble chair, however, meets all my needs. Its mobility while having a small stable base is just what I needed. I need to be able to shift and get different angles and this chair allows me to do that. And the seat itself is very comfortable and soft.

Final Thoughts:

Overall, this is a great chair. If you are looking for something to promote a healthy lifestyle while sitting, this is your chair. The design is well done. The quality of the materials is great. And it truly does what it is designed to do!
